Job summary

Stable Rock Solutions LLC is seeking a Director, Client Advisory Services to guide investment managers through fund launches and the operational setup of new hedge funds and other investment vehicles. You will partner with founders, COOs, and senior stakeholders to orchestrate across accounting, tax, regulatory, and IT services.

You will lead client onboarding, develop comprehensive project plans, and coordinate with internal teams and external providers to ensure timely delivery and exceptional

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• 10+ years in investment management, fund operations, consulting, or client advisory.
• Experience supporting hedge funds, private equity, or outsourced COO services is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Guide investment managers through launching hedge funds, private equity funds, and other vehicles.
• Develop fund launch plans with timelines, deliverables, and readiness.
• Advise on operational infrastructure, service providers, and systems.
• Coordinate with fund administrators, auditors, tax advisors, and tech vendors.
• Lead or support complex operational initiatives and due diligence readiness.
• Ensure client onboarding, implementation, and transition to ongoing service delivery.
