Corporation Service Company seeks a Director of Funds Solutions (Client Services and Commercial) based in Jersey. The role combines fiduciary oversight with strategic growth, requiring leadership across fund administration, governance, and client relationships.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in fund administration, private capital, or financial services.
• Strong knowledge of Jersey regulatory requirements and AML/CFT/CPF obligations.
• Proven ability to lead teams and manage senior client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Oversee delivery of fund administration and governance for a portfolio of funds and client structures.
• Act as director on client boards and discharge fiduciary and regulatory obligations.
• Lead governance processes and prepare materials for board meetings and key decisions.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients, investment managers, intermediaries, and advisers.
• Travel regularly to the UK (≈50% of role) for business development and client coverage.
