Working Wardrobes in Santa Ana, CA, is seeking a Director of Fund Development to lead fundraising, marketing, branding, and development initiatives for the organization. You will drive revenue generation strategies, strengthen donor engagement, and ensure mission-aligned messaging across external communications.

• 5+ years of development or nonprofit advancement experience.
• 3+ years fundraising including campaigns and events.
• Experience managing budgets and meeting revenue targets.
• Proficiency with CRM systems (Salesforce, Raiser’s Edge, DonorPerfect).

Responsabilidades

• Develop and implement comprehensive fundraising strategies across multiple revenue streams.
• Lead marketing, branding, and external communications aligned with mission.
• Build donor engagement programs including major and monthly giving.
• Collaborate with executive leadership and board on revenue and impact goals.
