Erickson Senior Living at Fox Run Village in Novi, Michigan, seeks a Director of Food and Beverage to lead eleven themed restaurants and cafés, driving strategy, service excellence, and resident satisfaction.

You will oversee budgeting, cost control, and staff development, ensuring compliance with all regulations while maintaining high food quality and hospitality standards.

Formación

• Minimum of 7 years restaurant or food service management experience including production, service, sanitation, training and education.
• Serve Safe Certification obtained within 6 months of employment; additional certifications may be required by regulations.

• Manage departmental finances, including budgeting, cost control, and fiscal accountability (meal, labor, and food costs).
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and maintain systems for effective cost control.
• Track performance through monthly operating reports and drive progress toward financial goals.
• Continuously evaluate operations, programs, training, purchasing, and personnel to maintain excellence.
• Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations.
• Analyze resident satisfaction and implement action plans to enhance the dining experience.

We are seeking a Director of Food and Beverage to lead our dynamic dining team and oversee operations across eleven uniquely themed restaurants and cafés. The ideal candidate will be a strategic and service-driven leader with a strong background in multi-unit food service management. They will bring a keen eye for food quality and presentation, exceptional hospitality standards, and proven financial acumen. A passion for team training, development, and mentorship is essential, along with the ability to foster a culture of excellence, innovation, and resident satisfaction.

Compensation:

• Commensurate with experience stating at $130,000 annually, plus eligibility for annual bonus
