NYU Langone Health invites applications for an academically oriented AP/CP or AP-board certified pathologist with hematopathology subspecialty to serve as Director of the Flow Cytometry Laboratory in New York. The successful candidate will lead diagnostic flow cytometry, oversee assay development and validation, and provide education to residents and fellows.

• Hematopathology expertise with subspecialty training in flow cytometry.
• Experience interpreting lymph node, bone marrow aspirates and biopsies.
• Leadership in a diagnostic flow cytometry lab and research environment.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and oversee the Flow Cytometry Laboratory operations and quality programs.
• Develop and validate flow cytometry assays and technologies.
• Supervise and educate residents and fellows in flow cytometry.
• Participate in departmental conferences and translational research initiatives.
• Collaborate with hematopathology colleagues to advance diagnostics.
