Job summary

Drexel Building Supply, Inc. seeks a Director of Flooring Sales to command company-wide flooring sales performance, job-site readiness, and install execution. You will drive category growth, protect margins, and lead flooring sales field teams across a multi-location market.

You will report to the VP of Sales and oversee training camps and regional modeling, with 1–2 on-site days per week at Campbellsport, WI locations to ensure exceptional job-site outcomes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of sales leadership experience in flooring, interior finishes, or building materials.
• Deep expertise in job-site readiness, installation oversight, and field warranty management.
• Demonstrated ability to build training programs and develop sales talent.

Responsibilities

• Own overall flooring sales expansion and grow margins across accounts.
• Drive job-site prep standards, installation requirements, and OTIF delivery.
