Job summary

Cirrus Aircraft seeks a Director of Flight Operations to lead the flight operations and training function across locations, delivering a world-class experience to Cirrus customers. You will set strategy, budgets, and long-range plans, while guiding senior managers and teams with a data-driven approach.

The role requires extensive aviation leadership, flight training process development, and customer-service experience, with travel as needed to multiple Cirrus sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum 5+ years' leadership experience overseeing flight training or flight operations teams.
• Minimum 12+ years' flight training or flight operations experience.
• FAA ASEL commercial pilot license with current FAA first or second class medical.
• FAA certified flight instructor with instrument privileges.
