Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Minimum FAA ASEL commercial pilot license with current medical.
• FAA certified flight instructor with instrument privileges.
• Minimum 12+ years of flight training or flight operations experience.

Responsibilities

• Establish a safety-first culture and drive continuous improvement.
• Recruit and onboard top talent; engage and develop team members.
• Lead Cirrus Aircraft Guiding Principles to deliver world-class flight training.
• Develop and execute functional strategy, plans, and budget to meet goals and financial targets.
