Qualifications

• Fifteen or more years of progressively complex program administration experience with at least nine years managing programs.
• Demonstrated detailed and extensive technical expertise in program management principles.
• Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills to interface effectively with various stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Direct all phases of assigned programs from concept through completion.
• Develop and coordinate new program plans and delivery approaches.
• Lead and influence preparation of proposals, business plans, and specifications.
