The County of San Bernardino seeks a collaborative Director of Fleet Management to lead a department responsible for about 7,000 assets countywide. The role oversees two Deputy Directors, up to 113 staff, and a $65.1 million operating budget.

The successful candidate will drive fleet electrification, modernize technology and management systems, strengthen facilities, and help shape fleet services for one of the nation’s largest counties. Strong leadership and customer service are essential.
