Role & Responsibilities

Overview: We are seeking a strategic and analytical finance leader for the role of Director of FP&A. The successful candidate will lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting, providing insights to drive business performance. This role requires strong financial modeling skills and leadership in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead annual budgets, forecasts, and long-term financial plans.
• Develop financial models supporting decision-making, including pricing and new product launches.
• Analyze financial performance, identify variances and trends.
• Prepare financial reports and KPIs for senior management.
• Conduct scenario analysis and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Partner with business leaders to provide financial insights.
• Identify and implement process improvements in financial reporting.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; CPA, CFA, or MBA preferred.
• 7-10+ years of FP&A experience, particularly in Consumer Packaged Goods.
• Strong understanding of financial statements, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Experience with financial modeling, ERP systems, and financial planning software.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and in teams, detail-oriented.
