LHH is working with a fast-growing, private equity-backed platform in the home services sector to find an accomplished Director of FP&A to lead financial planning, analysis, and strategic support across three dynamic business areas:

National franchise networks in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and restoration

Company-owned franchise locations across the U.S.

Centralized procurement and payments operations supporting the broader network

This high-impact role reports to the SVP of Finance and partners closely with brand presidents, GMs, and executive leadership. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with a hands-on approach—comfortable building models from scratch, leading a high-performing team, and driving insights that influence key business decisions.

Key Responsibilities Include:

Leading annual planning, reforecasting, and long-range modeling

Building dynamic, driver-based financial models

Supporting strategic initiatives like market expansion and vendor negotiations

Developing KPIs and dashboards to drive performance

Managing a talented FP&A team and fostering analytical excellence

Driving automation and process improvements using tools like NetSuite, Hyperion, Excel, and BI platforms

What We’re Looking For:

7+ years in FP&A or strategic finance, ideally in multi-unit services or franchising

Strong modeling, forecasting, and analytical skills

Experience with both US GAAP and IFRS

Proven leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills

A passion for scaling finance in fast-paced, high-growth environments

Hybrid, 2-3x/week in office.
