Rello Search Partners is recruiting for a Director FP&A in Clearwater, FL. Our private equity backed client is multi-national and in high growth mode operating in the retail industry. They are looking for a strong FP&A leader to join the senior management team.

This fast-paced, high-exposure role reports to the VP of Finance and will interact with senior leaders and finance teams throughout the organization. The Director FP&A has responsibility in providing planning, strategic and operational analysis support to senior management.

** Only candidates willing and able to work onsite at the corporate office will be considered for the position. This is NOT a remote opportunity. **

Responsibilities:

• Provide planning, strategic and operational analysis support to senior management with a focus on driving revenue growth in partnership with Revenue Management, Marketing, Sales and Customer Success
• Integrate the return on investment and total cost of acquisition across all go to market channels, in order to maximize EBITDA and customer acquisition
• Create and report on the monthly forecast and annual budget, aid in completion of monthly forecast, reviewing division/region submissions
• Develop and direct the revenue cycle management operations for the organization
• Manage the financial planning, budgeting and forecasting processes for the Revenue Management, Marketing, Sales and Customer Success
• Develop and produce high quality analytics and presentation materials – with an emphasis on operating performance – for senior management
• Assist with the development and population of standardized reporting that align metrics and drivers with the associated financial outcomes
• Refine existing models and develop new models to better predict operating performance
• Assist in preparation of senior management presentations/meetings
• Lead preparation of annual Operational Plan, Capital Plans, and Strategic Plans
• Provide leadership on identifying, evaluating, and tracking profit-generating opportunities
• Review income statements, balance sheets and cash flows to assist with trend analysis and identification of operational risks and/or opportunities
• Provide analytical support on various special projects to enhance the company’s financial decision making process
• Train and develop a staff to support functional goals
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; MBA preferred but not required

7+ years of FP&A experience with 2+ years in a leadership role

Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills

Proven ability to lead and develop high-performing teams

Strong communication and presentation skills are a MUST, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders

Proficiency in financial software and systems; process improvement experience

Proficient in MS Office (advanced Excel to include financial modeling highly desired)
