WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:

The Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) Analyst will report to the CFO and support operations and accounting. Your responsibilities will include:

1. Owning the annual budgeting process by collaborating with all departments to gather necessary information and consolidating it into the annual budget.
2. Developing and maintaining monthly rolling forecasts, including cash forecasting and variance analysis.
3. Creating and maintaining a metrics and analysis dashboard.
4. Providing insights and recommendations to improve profits and margins based on data analysis and business understanding.
5. Building effective relationships with business partners at all organizational levels.
6. Managing the ERP security framework and setup.
7. Serving as a subject matter expert (SME) in ERP setup and transactional flow, working across departments to optimize business processes using ERP tools, in collaboration with other ERP experts.

YOUR IDEAL BACKGROUND:

• MBA in Finance, Accounting, or Computer Science with relevant business experience.
• CPA or CFA certification is a plus.
• 5+ years of FP&A experience.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.
• Experience with dashboarding software such as Power BI, Spotfire, Tableau, or similar is a plus.
