• Prefer 3-5 years of experience as a Texas School District Business Manager.
• Supervisory experience required.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic oversight for operational functions that drive efficiency and effectiveness of the Service Center and partner districts.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and performance management efforts with a focus on regulatory compliance.
• Develop and deliver training for internal staff and district staff, and provide technical support.
• Drive continuous improvement and operational excellence across services and workflows.
