Qualifications

• Progressively responsible experience in accounting, financial management, and fiscal operations.
• Experience supervising professional staff and managing financial operations.
• Experience preparing, analyzing, and interpreting financial statements, reconciliations, and financial reports.
• Experience utilizing automated financial management systems and reporting tools.

Responsabilités

• Oversee day-to-day management of accounting, grants, student financials, financial reporting, and related business functions.
• Supervise functional managers and ensure activities comply with policies and regulations.
• Coordinate year-end close, appropriation/allotment management, reconciliations, and payroll certifications.
• Support ARMICS program, internal controls, and audit requests with timely documentation.
