Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 7+ years of relevant professional experience, including 4+ years in management.
• Experience in higher education or similarly complex organizations preferred.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial controls.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day financial operations across supported areas with accuracy and timeliness.
• Establish procedures, service expectations, and standards for transactional work.
• Maintain Workday Finance knowledge and optimize related systems.
• Ensure strong financial controls and compliance with policy.
• Provide senior financial guidance to departmental admins and leaders.
• Develop staff and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
