NYC DOT seeks to hire a Director of Financial Management to join the Facilities Management Unit. The role involves overseeing the capital and expense budgets, procurement functions, and fiscal operations. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in finance, procurement, and contract payments, along with managerial experience. The Director will lead a team of five and must be an independent thinker with strong problem-solving skills, initiative, and knowledge of the City of New York's Financial Management System (FMS), Passport, Microsoft Excel, and related software.
