Unitek EMT, part of Unitek Learning, seeks a Financial Aid Director at our Tempe, AZ campus to oversee all financial aid operations and lead a team committed to compliant, student-focused service.

Reporting to the Campus President, you will ensure accurate packaging, verification, and timely enrollment while collaborating with Admissions, Business Office, and Registrar. The role requires on-site work, five days a week, with comprehensive benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• 5+ years of Financial Aid experience.
• Anthology experience preferred.
• Excellent customer service and organizational skills.
• Attention to detail with the capability to multi-task.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office products including Word and Excel.

Responsabilités

• Manage the day-to-day service delivery operations of the Financial Aid Office.
• Oversee all financial aid packaging, verification, and file review for all new and continuing students.
• Provide leadership and support to ensure compliance and a smooth enrollment process.
• Manage the departmental appointment calendar and staffing for overviews and walk-ins.
• Monitor the incomplete files and ensure timely completion of tasks.
• Establish performance expectations and promote accountability and service.
• Provide training on regulatory changes, technology, and customer service.
• Collaborate with Admissions, Business Office, Registrar, and other departments to serve students.
