• Bachelor's degree in business or accounting; five+ years of financial, managerial, or relevant experience.
• Knowledge of GAAP and internal controls; strong analytical skills.
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
• Experience with Oracle and data warehouse applications.

Responsibilities

• Lead annual budgeting process and monthly budget reviews.
• Prepare and analyze forecasts, reports, and variance analyses.
• Manage contracts over $10,000 and oversee procurement activities.
• Supervise Finance and Facilities Manager and support staff.
• Coordinate with Payroll, HR, and campus offices for compliance and services.
