Company Overview

Small manufacturing company headquartered in the Dayton/Columbus, Ohio area with two operations in Tennessee.

Position Responsibilities

• Manage the entire accounting function and department, including outsourced payroll.
• Handle cash-flow management, budgeting, monthly financial reporting, and annual audits.
• Report to the company president and the parent company's corporate VP, Controller.

Qualifications

• 8-10 years of experience, with familiarity in manufacturing cost accounting.
• CPA and public accounting experience are a plus.
• Advanced Excel spreadsheet skills.
