Director of Finance / Controller

Reporting to the CFO, this leader will guide the company’s financial operations with a blend of strategic insight and hands‑on technical expertise. You’ll manage a talented accounting team, oversee budgeting and forecasting, ensure accurate and timely financial reporting, and champion process improvements that strengthen our financial foundation. Compensation & Benefits

WORK Inc. offers one of the most comprehensive benefit packages in the industry including bonus opportunities designed to support you and your future.

Expected salary range

$110,000–$125,000, commensurate with experience.

This is a full‑time, on‑premises position based in Dorchester, MA. Hybrid or remote work arrangements are not available at this time.
