The incumbent will manage budgeting, forecasting, audits, and capital planning, while mentoring the finance team and overseeing capital projects with a hands-on leadership style. A luxury hospitality background is highly valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Significant accounting and finance leadership experience within luxury hospitality.
• 5+ years of senior finance/accounting management experience.
• Strong background in complex hotel or resort financial operations, budgeting, forecasting, audits, cash flow, and capital expenditures.

Compensation: $145,000-165,000 + 20% performance bonus

Schedule: 100% onsite

Responsibilities

• Lead the property's finance and accounting operations, including financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, cash management, audits, and capital planning.
• Partner with senior leadership to analyze operating results, identify opportunities to improve profitability, and support strategic decision-making.
• Oversee monthly and annual financial statements, variance analysis, financial controls, and year-end audits.
• Lead, mentor, and develop the finance and accounting team while driving accountability and process improvement.
• Support capital projects, long-range planning, and financial reporting for key stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Significant accounting and finance leadership experience within luxury hospitality
• 5+ years of senior finance/accounting management experience.
• Strong background in complex hotel or resort financial operations, budgeting, forecasting, audits, cash flow, and capital expenditures.
• Experience with resort openings, expansions, renovations, or major capital projects highly desirable.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and analytical skills with a hands‑on management style.
• NetSuite or comparable ERP experience is a plus.

Compensation: $145,000-165,000 base + 20% performance-based bonus and comprehensive benefits.

This is a 100% onsite leadership position. Local candidates are strongly preferred, although relocation may be considered.
