Job summary

Radix, based in Scottsdale, is seeking a Director of Finance to steer financial planning and strategic investments as the company scales a fast-growing SaaS platform. You will partner with executive leadership to align capital allocation with growth while maintaining financial health and investor readiness.

You will own budgeting, forecasting, SaaS metrics, and reporting for executives, the board, and external stakeholders, driving governance and operational excellence across the finance

Qualifications

• 5+ years in strategic finance, FP&A, or private equity in a high-growth SaaS/tech environment.
• Thrives in startup/scale-up with strong growth potential.
• Curious, asks insightful questions and improves insights.
• Resilient under tight timelines with competing priorities.
• Adaptive to evolving processes and models as the business grows.
• Strong financial modeling in Excel/Sheets; experience with FP&A tools.
• Solid understanding of SaaS economics, metrics, and ASC 606 revenue recognition.

• Leads with impact and ownership end-to-end.
• Bonus: MBA, CFA, CPA; fundraising or M&A experience; familiarity with proptech/real estate analytics.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end financial planning: annual budgeting, rolling forecasts, variance analysis, and long-term modeling.
• Build and maintain models for ARR growth, churn, pricing, LTV/CAC, scenario planning, and margin expansion.
• Deliver investor-ready financial reports for executives, board, and external stakeholders.
• Own cash flow forecasting, capital planning, and covenant tracking.
• Establish core SaaS metrics (ARR, NRR, CAC, LTV, churn) to guide decisions.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Product to align plans.
• Design and maintain executive dashboards and BI-driven insights.
• Scale finance systems and processes across ERP, FP&A, CRM, and BI tools.
• Ensure ASC 606 compliance, audit readiness, and tax planning.
• Provide leadership for accounting and collections, ensuring strong cash conversion and scalable execution.

What You Will Be Part Of

As Director of Finance, you will play a critical role in shaping how Radix scales—bringing financial clarity, discipline, and insight to a fast-growing SaaS business. What You Will Achieve

• Lead end-to-end financial planning, including annual budgeting, rolling forecasts, variance analysis, and long-term strategic modeling.
• Build and maintain sophisticated financial models covering ARR growth, churn, pricing, LTV/CAC, scenario planning, and margin expansion.
• Deliver accurate, timely, and investor-ready financial reporting for executives, the board, and external stakeholders.
• Own cash flow forecasting, capital planning, and covenant tracking to ensure Radix scales responsibly.

• Optimize and scale finance systems and processes across ERP, FP&A, CRM, and BI tools to support growth.
• Ensure compliance with ASC 606 revenue recognition, audit readiness, and tax planning requirements.
• Provide leadership and oversight for accounting and collections functions, driving accurate financial operations, strong cash conversion, and scalable execution through the team.

• You bring 5+ years of experience in strategic finance, FP&A, or private equity, including at least 3 years in a high-growth SaaS or technology environment.

• You have strong financial modeling skills in Excel or Google Sheets and experience with FP&A tools like Adaptive or Anaplan.
• You possess a deep understanding of SaaS economics, metrics, and revenue recognition principles (ASC 606).
• You communicate complex financial concepts clearly and confidently to both financial and non-financial stakeholders.
• You lead with impact, courage, and responsibility - challenging assumptions, driving outcomes, and owning results end-to-end.
• Bonus points for an MBA, CFA, or CPA, experience with fundraising or M&A, and familiarity with proptech, real estate analytics, or asset-heavy industries.
