City of Hope seeks a Director of Finance to lead the site financial analytics function, drive revenue management, and support cost control initiatives across the hospital campus.

You will oversee budgeting, forecasting, and important regulatory reports while mentoring financial staff and collaborating with executives to advance City of Hope's mission in cancer and diabetes care.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics.
• Five to seven years of experience in healthcare, business analytics, operations analysis, or accounting/finance.
• Master's degree in Healthcare or Business preferred.
• Two years of supervisory experience strongly preferred.

Director of Finance

The successful candidate

The Director of Finance reports to the Chief Financial Officer and leads the site financial analytics function, including retention, reimbursement, operational financial support, monthly variance analysis and explanations, management and board reporting, budgeting, forecasting, business development pro formas, the Medicare cost report, and State of Georgia Department of Community Health statutory reporting. This role serves as a catalyst for hospital initiatives and processes designed to support the growth, capture, management, collection, and reporting of patient service revenue while reducing costs.

Position Qualifications

• Minimum Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, and/or a related field required
• Minimum Experience : Five to seven years of experience in healthcare, business analytics, operations analysis, or accounting/finance is required
• Preferred Education: Master's degree in Healthcare or Business preferred.
• Preferred Experience : Two years of supervisory experience strongly preferred.
