Casa Nela - Director of Finance

Casa Nela is a New York City-based hospitality company operating Bobo, Rosemary’s, Roey’s, and Claudette. Our mission is to change the world one neighborhood at a time by bringing people together through our passion for food and hospitality.

Position Overview: We are accepting applications for the role of Director of Finance. This leadership position oversees the company’s accounting, finance, and business administration functions. The role involves leading a team that includes external accounting partners, an internal payroll and benefits administrator, an AP and business administration coordinator, and a part-time BI associate for reporting and performance analysis.

The DOF collaborates closely with other department heads, especially the Head of Operations and store-level Operations leaders, to drive business performance. The position is supported by the Founder and a consulting CFO.

• Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
• Achieve and exceed financial performance targets.
