Job summary

LeoForce in Boca Raton, FL is seeking a finance leader who can translate financial performance into actionable business decisions. You will own budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and management reporting to drive profitability and growth across multiple entities.

The ideal candidate will partner with operations and senior leadership, build dashboards (Power BI), optimize ERP and reporting systems, and mentor the finance team while maintaining hands-on involvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or a related field is required.
• 8+ years of progressive finance experience is expected.
• Strong FP&A, budgeting and forecasting experience is essential.
• Demonstrated financial modeling and analytical capabilities are required.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills are necessary.

What You'll Do

• Lead the annual budgeting and financial planning process
• Develop and maintain rolling forecasts
• Build financial models and scenario analyses
• Analyze company and business-unit financial performance
• Prepare monthly management reporting and financial presentations
• Develop and monitor financial KPIs
• Analyze revenue, expenses, margins and profitability
• Partner with Operations to understand business performance and financial drivers
• Monitor cash flow and working capital
• Identify financial trends, risks and opportunities
• Provide actionable financial recommendations to senior leadership
• Support strategic planning and growth initiatives
• Evaluate business opportunities and investments
• Improve financial reporting processes and systems
• Develop dashboards and other tools to improve financial visibility
• Partner with Accounting to ensure accurate and timely financial information
• Assist with ERP, reporting and technology initiatives
• Lead, mentor and develop Finance team members
• Provide financial analysis and support for special projects as needed

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or a related field
• + 8+ years of progressive finance experience
• Prior experience in a finance management or leadership role
• Strong FP&A, budgeting and forecasting experience
• Demonstrated financial modeling and analytical capabilities
• Strong Excel skills
• Experience with ERP and/or financial reporting systems
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to translate financial information into actionable business recommendations
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work strategically while remaining hands-on when necessary

• Construction, restoration, roofing or other project-based industry
• Job costing and project profitability
• Multi-entity organizations
• Working-capital and cash-flow management
• Power BI or similar reporting tools
• ERP implementation or optimization
• Experience supporting a growing organization
• Experience partnering directly with executive leadership

The Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate is a business-minded finance leader who can connect financial performance to operational decisions.

You don’t need to be a CPA or come from a traditional accounting background. We’re looking for someone who understands the numbers, can identify what is driving the business, and can communicate those insights effectively to leadership and operational stakeholders.

This person should be comfortable moving between detailed financial analysis and high‑level strategic conversations and should enjoy building better processes, improving visibility and helping a growing organization make better financial decisions.
