We are seeking an experienced and visionary Director of Finance to join Ashby Ponds, continuing care retirement community in Ashburn, VA, home to more than 2,000 residents. How You Will Make An Impact

Compensation: $135,000 -$150,000 per year, plus eligibility for annual bonus

This position is onsite full time and does not offer a hybrid schedule. It is located on a beautiful campus where you will have access to many of the dining venues and other amenities.

What You Will Need

• Minimum of 7 years in a related/similar industry with at least the last 5+ years in a management/supervisory role.
• CPA is a plus
• Critical thinking ability required. Must be able to evaluate and solve complex problems and issues
