Job summary

Harvard University’s Harvard School of Dental Medicine seeks an Associate Director of Faculty Affairs, Data, and Digital Strategy to lead faculty data governance and digital workflows. You will design integrated information systems, partner with IT and HMS teams, and advance data-driven decision making for workforce planning and faculty success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in information systems, computer science, data science, business management, or related field is required or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in data strategy, analytics, information systems, systems integration, or closely related field.
• Ability to work onsite and remotely, as business necessity dictates.

Responsibilities

• Lead Faculty Affairs operations across the lifecycle including recruitment, appointments, onboarding, annual review, promotion, and records.
• Develop and lead school-wide faculty data strategy and governance standards.
• Oversee implementation and integration of faculty information systems and analytics dashboards.
• Collaborate with IT and HMS partners to ensure data integrity, security, and governance.
