Spectrum at Souza Baranowski Correctional Center in Shirley, MA is hiring a Director of Facility Programming to manage all aspects of Spectrum programming at the site and collaborate with MADOC personnel, vendors, and off-site staff to ensure service delivery.

Qualifications include LADC/CADC licensure or active pursuit, a Bachelor’s degree or 3 years of related experience in criminal justice, human services, education, or counseling, and at least two years of supervisory experience; corrections

Qualifications

• LADC, CADC, or actively pursuing licensure preferred.
• Bachelor's Degree or 3 years of equivalent experience in criminal justice, human services, education, counseling, or closely related field required.
• Minimum of two years of supervisory experience preferred.
• Corrections experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• The direct management of all aspects of Spectrum programming at the assigned site.
• Working closely with Massachusetts Department of Correction (MADOC) personnel, other institutional vendors, and off-site Spectrum staff to ensure delivery of services.
• Working the hours required to meet the business needs of the organization including the ability to work more than 40 hours in a work week and potential weekends.

Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours per week. Monday-Friday

Pay rate: $67,000/annually
