Job summary

Spectrum Health Systems, Inc. is seeking a Director of Facility Programming at the Souza Baranowski Correctional Center in Shirley, MA. This full-time role manages all Spectrum programming at the site and collaborates with MADOC and off-site staff to ensure service delivery.

The position requires the ability to work hours beyond 40 per week, including potential weekends. LADC/CADC licensure preferred; a Bachelor's Degree or 3 years equivalent in criminal justice or related field is required,

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree or 3 years of equivalent experience in criminal justice, human services, education, counseling, or closely related field required.
LADC/CADC licensure preferred.
Minimum of two years of supervisory experience preferred.
Corrections experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Direct management of all aspects of Spectrum programming at the assigned site.
Collaborate with Massachusetts Department of Correction (MADOC) personnel, other institutional vendors, and off-site Spectrum staff to ensure delivery of services.
Work hours required to meet business needs, including the ability to work more than 40 hours per week and potential weekends.
