Qualifications

• Master's degree in a relevant technical field and 5+ years of facilities experience in battery, semiconductor, chemical manufacturing or similar.
• Or Bachelor's degree in a relevant field with 8+ years of facilities experience in related industry.
• Experience leading capital projects, renovations, or facility expansions.
• Hands-on knowledge of controlled manufacturing environments, dry rooms, cleanrooms, and environmental control systems.
• Experience supporting regulatory inspections and audits.
• Proven ability to manage vendors and service providers.
• Track record of building and leading high-performing teams.
• Strong communication skills for senior leadership and cross-functional audiences.

Responsibilities

• Provide end-to-end leadership of facilities, utilities, and infrastructure.
• Lead capital planning and execution for expansions and upgrades.
• Oversee project delivery including design, construction, commissioning, and validation.
• Manage external partners and service providers.
• Ensure on-time delivery within budget and compliant with standards.
• Develop budgets aligned with long-term priorities.
