The Director of Facilities Services reports to the Chief Financial and Operating Officer (CFOO) and serves as a key advisor on campus-related strategic and operational matters, supporting the School’s mission.
The Director collaborates with the CFOO in engaging with the Trustee Buildings & Grounds Committee, preparing key information and analysis. They partner with the CFOO’s management team to set divisional direction and work on cross-departmental projects. Daily responsibilities include overseeing maintenance, construction, grounds, event setup, fleet, mail and central services, and utility management.
The role manages four direct reports and oversees a total of 24 full-time staff, 4 part-time staff, and contracted custodial staff in a fast-paced environment.
