Job summary

Responsibilities

• Directs maintenance and maintenance-related construction to meet university specifications.
• Develops, modifies and implements facilities maintenance plans and PM schedules.
• Oversees operations for buildings, transport, janitorial, landscaping and parking services.
• Manages work order performance and uses metrics to improve service delivery.
• Ensures compliance with standards, safety regulations and sustainability initiatives.
