Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience designing and delivering continuing education and workforce training programs.

• Ability to coordinate instructors, facilities, technology, and schedules.

Responsibilities

• Designs and delivers educational trainings that engage tribal members and communities.
• Delivers professional development and builds customized programs based on theory and research.
• Coordinates faculty and instructor engagement for CEU offerings.
• Evaluates programs based on participation, enrollment, and completion.
• Manages program budgets and secures external funding like grants.
• Collaborates with USDA agencies and other partners to provide educational programs.
• Partners with tribal groups to exchange information and conduct extension workshops.
