Job summary

Qualifications
- Master's degree required in healthcare or related field.
- 10+ years of healthcare experience with progressive roles.
- 3+ years in healthcare leadership with team-building and project-management skills.
- 5+ years in performance improvement and patient experience.
- Certification in pi (preferred) and Lean/Six Sigma knowledge.
Responsibilities
- Addresses gaps and successes with markets, providing performance improvement consulting.
- Escalates major pain points to leadership and identifies solutions.
- Oversees monitoring of systemic trends, successes, and pain points.
- Develops dashboards for monitoring initiative effectiveness in collaboration with analytics.
- Partners with markets to sustain deployed initiatives.
