Unity Technologies is seeking a Director of Executive Compensation to design, govern, and deliver compensation for its top leadership. The role partners with the C-Suite, Finance, and Legal to ensure competitive, defensible programs and robust equity design and disclosures.

You will translate complex compensation concepts for the Board while leading benchmarking, executive offers, transitions, and team development to sustain a strategic compensation agenda.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree required (Master's preferred).
• 12+ years in compensation management with 3+ years in leadership.
• Strong knowledge of compensation principles and regulatory requirements.
• Ability to analyze data and make strategic decisions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to influence stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Lead board and committee governance materials for HCCC and align with executive pay strategy.
• Own the drafting of CD&A for the annual proxy and ensure SEC compliance.
• Design and govern executive incentive plans and manage SBC expense and burn rate.
• Manage external compensation consultant relationships and run benchmarking analyses.
• Partner with Executive Recruiting on offers and manage compensation for promotions and transitions.
• Lead, mentor, and develop the compensation team.
