• Manage exam preparation within budget and schedule.
• Develop resource plans and monitor progress against project timelines.
• Provide cost estimates and support for proposals.
• Identify and escalate risks.
• Work with technology teams on system enhancements.

Required Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent; Master’s preferred.
• At least five years in a customer-facing role in assessment industry.
• At least five years managing complex exam development projects.

Work Environment and Conditions

• Remote work capability with standard setup.
• Travel up to 15%.

Salary range: $150,000 - $160,000, with eligibility for an annual incentive. Benefits details available.
