The Director of Exam Operations will lead a complex exam development program, including exam development, psychometrics, and publishing, ensuring alignment with customer goals, fostering innovation, and building relationships with key stakeholders.

The successful candidate will impact productivity through innovative methodologies and adapt quickly to new technologies in AI-driven and traditional environments. The role reports to the Vice President, Global Testing Services.

• Provide cost estimates and support for proposals
• Identify and manage risks
• Work with technology teams on system enhancements

Required Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent; Master’s preferred
• At least five years in a customer-facing role in assessment
• At least five years managing complex exam development projects

Work Environment and Conditions

• Remote work capability with standard setup
• Up to 15% travel

Compensation varies based on factors like skill, experience, and location. The salary range is $150,000 - $160,000, with eligibility for an annual incentive.
