INSPIRE seeks a Director of Event Technology to lead the AV and tech experience at The Renaissance Montgomery in Montgomery, AL. You will oversee the setup, operation, and shutdown of event technology to ensure seamless delivery for conferences, meetings, and major events.

The role manages a mix of full-time and part-time staff, drives client satisfaction, and collaborates with venue personnel to maximize revenue and profitability while upholding INSPIRE values.

Formación

• 3 years of experience as an audio-visual director or supervisor.

Responsabilidades

• Act as primary point of contact for INSPIRE and hotel management.
• Maintain relationships with hotel staff to meet sales and service expectations.
• Manage daily setup and striking of AV equipment for meetings and major events.
• Collaborate with freelancers to prepare events on time.
• Handle monthly billing and invoicing to ensure timely payments.
• Manage inventory to track equipment at all times.
