Job summary

Johnson & Johnson's DePuy Synthes unit in Raynham, MA, is recruiting a Director, ERP, Finance Tech to shape global finance technology strategy and drive ERP transformations. Responsibilities

• Lead the design, implementation, and ongoing optimization of ERP finance modules (e.g., record‑to‑report, order‑to‑cash, procure‑to‑pay) and datahub.
• Provide people leadership for multi‑disciplinary technology teams, including talent development, performance management, and succession planning.
• Partner with Finance leadership to translate business requirements into scalable, compliant technology solutions.
• Oversee program and portfolio management for finance technology initiatives, including budget, timelines, and risk management.
• Ensure ERP solutions comply with financial controls, regulatory requirements, and internal governance standards.

Job Overview The Director, ERP, Finance Tech is a senior technology leader responsible for the strategy, delivery, and optimization of enterprise finance systems, with a strong emphasis on ERP platforms that enable scalable, compliant, and efficient financial operations. This role plays a critical part in supporting DePuy Synthes’ transformation and separation journey, ensuring finance technology capabilities are robust, future‑ready, and aligned to business priorities. Key Responsibilities

Qualifications

• Experience and Skills Required: 10-12 years of progressive experience in enterprise technology roles supporting SAP Finance, including ERP transformations at scale.
• Strong people‑leader experience, managing managers and senior professionals.
• Deep understanding of finance processes, controls, and compliance requirements.
• Demonstrated ability to partner with senior stakeholders and translate strategy into execution.
• Preferred: Experience with SAP CFIN, SAP S/4HANA and BW/4HANA Background supporting business separations, integrations, or large‑scale transformations.
• Experience in MedTech, Life Sciences, or regulated industries.
• Strong change leadership and organizational transformation capabilities.
• Proven experience leading large, complex ERP implementations or transformations.
• Other: Language: English required.
• Travel: Up to 20% domestic and international travel.
• Certifications: SAP, PMP, or ITIL certifications preferred.
