The Cypress of Charlotte is seeking a Director of Environmental Services to lead housekeeping and laundry operations at our premier Life Plan Community in Charlotte, NC. You will hire, train, and supervise staff, oversee budgets, and ensure high standards of cleanliness and safety across all facilities.

This hands-on role requires strong analytical skills, budget discipline, and extensive knowledge of building systems.

Qualifications

• Five years of housekeeping supervisory experience or three years as a Director of Housekeeping in an institutional/retirement facility.
• Strong knowledge of building systems and safety regulations relevant to facilities management.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and using data to improve service delivery.

Responsabilités

• Supervise housekeeping and laundry staff through inspections and quality controls.
• Hire, train, evaluate, and discipline housekeeping personnel.
• Assist with budget preparation and adhere to budget guidelines.
• Ensure safety policies and infection control procedures are followed.
