Job summary

CareOne is seeking a Director of Environmental Services at our Newton, MA location. The role oversees housekeeping, laundry and floor care, ensuring compliance with policies, safety guidelines and quality standards. You will lead staff, manage inventories and records, and drive staff training and quality control initiatives.

The position emphasizes strong supervision, budgeting, and operational coordination to maintain excellent resident care and service levels at the center.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• 3 years of related experience in Environmental Services.

Compensation will be based on, but not limited to, experience, qualifications, credentials, employment status, and work schedule

The Director of Environmental Services will be responsible for, but not limited to:
