One of our companies is currently looking for a Director of Enterprise Sales in the United States.

This is a fully remote leadership opportunity for a results-driven sales executive with a strong background in Enterprise SaaS. As Director of Enterprise Sales, you’ll build and lead a high-performing sales team focused on driving growth with enterprise clients. You'll work cross-functionally to align strategy with product development and marketing, optimize outbound efforts, and influence the broader sales playbook. Your ability to mentor, scale, and execute will directly impact revenue and shape the future of an innovative AI platform revolutionizing marketing. This role is ideal for someone passionate about consultative selling, data-driven decision-making, and developing best-in-class customer experiences.

Accountabilities:

  • Lead and scale an enterprise sales team to meet and exceed revenue targets
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies and operational processes across segments
  • Collaborate with cross-functional leaders to align sales, product, and business goals
  • Optimize outbound prospecting and lead follow-up processes to build pipeline velocity
  • Analyze performance data to improve sales motions and drive accountability via KPIs
  • Ensure consistent usage of sales tools including Salesforce and Gong for productivity tracking
  • Foster a culture of excellence, coaching sales reps and reinforcing customer-centric practices
  • 10+ years of experience in Enterprise SaaS sales, with a strong preference for MarTech expertise
  • At least 5 years of experience managing and developing sales teams with a record of overachievement
  • Proven ability to scale and lead high-performing teams in fast-paced, matrixed environments
  • Strong command of sales analytics and tools to drive operational excellence
  • Skilled communicator and motivator capable of driving team performance and alignment
  • Strategic mindset with a hands-on leadership style focused on execution and growth
  • $370,000 OTE compensation package
