Director of Enterprise Risk Management Pay Range : $163,200.00 - $216,200.00 As our Director of Enterprise Risk Management, you will : Be responsible for critical and meaningful oversight of the SPP's enterprise risk management and corporate insurance functions as the Director of Enterprise Risk Management.
Independently and proactively, you will lead SPP's risk and credit programs, utilizing your leadership and technical expertise to reduce our broad risk exposure.
Your role will involve overseeing the implementation and execution of our enterprise risk program, ensuring alignment with SPP's strategic initiatives.
This will involve effectively identifying, assessing, quantifying, managing, and communicating risks across the organization, including with SPP leadership, members, stakeholders, and the Board of Directors. As the Director, you will also be leading a team of risk professionals, providing guidance and direction to ensure effective and prudent risk oversight throughout the organization.
You will collaborate cross-functionally with various teams to ensure comprehensive risk management across departments. To be successful as the Director of Enterprise Risk Management, you should have a :
