• Experience in managing and supervising large, technical, interdisciplinary teams in IT project management, procurement and contract management.
• Ability to develop and implement departmental IT policies, processes, and strategies at organization level.
• Experience coordinating IT projects with oversight agencies and reviewing state IT purchasing requests and contracts.
• Strong collaboration with internal/external stakeholders to gain buy-in and manage organizational dynamics.
• Proven skills in strategic thinking, risk management, and delivering projects on time and within budget.

• Advocate legislative solutions and represent the Bureau before Legislature and agencies.
