Job summary

Capital One is seeking a Director of Product Management for Enterprise Collaboration in Chicago. You will lead a team of Product Managers shaping the enterprise collaboration ecosystem and introducing AI-powered experiences across internal tools.

You will own the vision for Virtual Meeting Collaboration, Salesforce Platform, and AI Prototyping & Publishing Platform, partnering with cross‑functional leaders to deliver scalable, high‑impact solutions at enterprise scale.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of Product Management experience.
• Experience translating strategy into consumer facing digital products.
• Proven ability to deliver milestones in ambiguous environments.
• Experience bringing internal developer tools or infrastructure products to launch.

Responsibilities

• Lead a high-performing PM team.
• Define strategy and roadmaps for enterprise collaboration products.
• Partner with Product, Technology, Design, Risk and Cybersecurity.
• Drive AI-assisted prototyping and publishing initiatives.
