This player-coach will build executive-ready reporting in Domo, diagnose shifts in key metrics, and translate signals into actionable direction for stakeholders across the company.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in BI/analytics with reporting and insights delivery.
• Proven leadership of data-driven insights teams and dashboards.
• Expert in Domo; experience validating data against Looker semantic models; executive dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Own the design and build of a comprehensive Domo reporting suite aligned with enterprise KPIs.
• Mentor a team of data analysts and BI professionals.
• Lead cross-functional root-cause analyses of performance shifts, identifying macro drivers.
• Analyze digital advertising and affiliate performance metrics to uncover revenue opportunities.
• Deliver executive-ready reporting for weekly and monthly reviews and collaborate with IT for data infrastructure.
