JOB SUMMARY
The Director of Enrollment for the PGS enrollment team will oversee and supervise PGS Enrollment Counselors (EC). The role involves 50% supervision and 50% direct enrollment counseling. The position may be on-campus, remote, or hybrid.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Director of Enrollment Essential Functions:
- Hire, mentor, lead, and develop a high-performing EC team.
- Partner with PGS Program Directors to communicate academic programs effectively, including facilitating Information Sessions and Open Houses.
- Monitor EC time-off requests and leave.
- Conduct monthly team and individual meetings to ensure resources and accountability.
- Maintain enrollment reports and documentation.
- Develop and implement strategies with Operations and Marketing to meet enrollment targets.
- Calculate and report on EC conversion rates.
- Hold annual performance reviews.
- Collaborate on communication plans and templates.
- Participate in PGS leadership and director meetings.
- Monitor enrollment from a budgetary perspective and collaborate with senior leadership to meet revenue goals.
- Facilitate regular EC team meetings with Program Directors.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Vice President of Academic Affairs, PGS.
Enrollment Counselor Essential Functions:
- Apply proven recruiting methods, including prompt follow-up via call, text, and email.
- Maintain information in Recruit CRM according to Lead Policy.
- Meet enrollment goals set by university leadership.
- Collaborate with PGS Operations to track and update progress.
- Review transcripts and assist prospective students through the enrollment process.
- Adhere to university policies and federal guidelines.

Required Qualifications:

- Minimum of three years of relevant experience or training.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize multiple demands in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in typing and spelling.
- Experience with various software applications.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work independently.
- Provide quality customer service.
- Additional duties as assigned.
- Master's Degree in Leadership, Higher Education, or related field.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Over 5 years of experience in adult Christian higher education.
- Experience with Ellucian CRM, Hubspot, SLATE CRM.

Reports to VP of Academic Affairs; oversees Enrollment Counselors.
