Job summary

WellSpace Health is seeking a Director of Enhanced Care Management to lead Leadership, Innovation and Accountability across multiple care streams. This role oversees operational alignment, performance dashboards, and impact across centers, reporting to the VP level.

The ideal candidate will have 5–7 years of leadership in healthcare, proficiency with EHR systems, and a strong grasp of regulatory standards, with a focus on access, quality and financial stability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Health Administration, Business, Public Health, Social Work or related field.
• 5–7 years of progressive leadership experience in healthcare/ FQHC/ CCBHC or nonprofit setting.
• Experience managing grants funding, budgets and reporting for government/funding agencies.
• Experience interviewing and hiring while ensuring policy compliance.
• Experience coordinating multidisciplinary teams and program operations.

Responsibilities

• Works in a dyadic partnership with the Clinical/Medical Director and Center Manager to ensure high-quality care delivery.
• Serve as the organization subject-matter expert for their care streams’ operations and provide strategic guidance.
• Drive innovation to maintain access, grow services, and expand population reach.
• Foster accountability and ownership for outcomes across teams.
• Develop and deliver organizational dashboards and training to support performance.
